The manufacturing
facility is situated in Roha, which is around 125 Kms.
from Mumbai and very well connected by Road and Rail.
The facility comprises of 2 Manufacturing Blocks at present
and 1 additional block which is under construction. The
facility is cGMP approved by State authorities i.e it
complies with the requirements of Revised Schedule “M”
and is also WHO-GMP approved.
The company is also ISO 9001:2000 certified and an 100%
Export Oriented Unit.
The Facility is equipped to undertake following reactions:-
Alkylation, Friedal Craft, Nitration, Halogenation, Hoffmann,
Oxidation, Grig Nard reaction, Reduction, Raney Nickel,
Bromination, Diozo-Coupling, Hydrolysis, Decarboxylation,
Esterification, Reactions at High Temp. & Pressure.
The facility has Glass Lined capacity of 27000 Ltrs. and
Stainless Steel with a total Capacity of 25000 Ltrs. and can
undertake Short Path Distillation.
